Registration Terms and Disclosures
Substitution/Cancellation
By entering my registration, I agree that substitutions to my registration may be made at any time, for any reason by calling 800-531-0007 or 603-924-0900, 8am - 5pm EST. I understand that my registration fee will be refunded, minus a $150 processing fee, if requested on or before March 8, 2012. Refund requests after close of business on March 8, 2012 will be provided at 50% of your total registration fees. Non-attendance (without appropriate cancellation as described above) will incur the full event fee.
Use of Event Associated Images, Contact Information
With my registration I hereby give full permission to Kennedy Information, LLC (parent company of G2 Intelligence) to use my photographic or video image(s) (“Picture(s)” )in whole or in part and in any media whatsoever, obtained as part of my attendance at Laboratory Outreach 2012. I release and hold harmless Kennedy Information, LLC from any liability by virtue of any use my Picture(s) and/or contact information, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy. I certify that I am at least 18 years of age, that I have the authority to grant the permission contained herein, and that this release is given voluntarily and without expectation of compensation in any form now or in the future.
Speakers and Subject Matter
G2 Intelligence makes every effort to keep agendas, content, and session schedules current within event related advertising materials. Speakers, subject matter and session times are subject to change without notice.
Qualified Vendor Registration Policy
In an effort to protect the dedicated investment made by our valued sponsors and exhibitors at any given G2 Intelligence conference, G2’s policy is to welcome past, present or qualified vendor companies who are not currently signed to sponsor or exhibit at said event, to attend only with explicit event support. Non-exhibiting vendor companies wishing to attend any G2 Intelligence conference shall be registered as ‘Conference Supporters’. G2 Intelligence reserves the right to qualify event registrant titles/companies.
